Feeling Too Much Darkness (poem)

I feel it sometimes,
The dark,
Some call it the darkness or negative force,
I call it the dark, 
I feel it,
Don't you feel it,
Every day,
Every night,
You feel it,
You must feel it,
The voices outside your window,
The voices at your job,
The voices at the traffic light,
Your having a good day and then,
It circles you, 
You don't have a reason but it wants you to have one,
It wants you to have one,
I have to stop it,
Every day I fight the darkness,
I fight the voices,
I fight the darkness, 
I fight the cruel judgements, 
This is a poem,
But this is connected, 
I feel it trying to control,
Control me and my thoughts and my motivation, 
Making me think everything is bad,
I feel it,
Night after night,
I hear,
I hear it,
I hear,
People follow the darkness,
Most don't have strength to step away from it, 
I see tears falling down my eyes,
I see tears falling down others' eyes,
Minds needs clean time out,
Mind needs something to set back into balance, 
A peaceful balance with acceptance or death,
If you feel it,
You must control it,
If you feel it,

When The darkness is not right,
Don't listen to it,
You don't have to listen to it,
In fact, you don't have to listen to anything,
