The Sound of Failure (poem)

-I hear it every day
-That awful sound
-I can't run from it this time
-I want it to stop
-It must stop
-Even if it take days of persistence
-I must stop it
-I can not always win
-But I will win at this
-I must win at this
-Failure of this one thing
-Tortures me day after day
-I want it to stop
-The pain in my heart and mind
-Day after day with failure
-I cant live with this failure
-Am I losing my mind
-Or is the world crazy for not wanting what I want
-I do not know and may never know why I must
-Must succeed at this one thing
-This one thing is my life
-Everything else is extra
-Most people will think I am crazy
-I must no
-I need to succeed at this one thing
-Or my life means nothing and is nothing
-I need this one thing to set me free
-Free from this failure
-I hate failure
-I can't live with this torment anymore
-I need to win this one thing
-I must succeed or my life means nothing
-I want the sound to stop
-This will stop it for good
